abdi and Awards UK win joint global ROI award

Jane Massy, CEO of abdi and John Dick, CEO of Awards UK jointly accepted the 2008 award for 'Most Innovative Use of ROI' at the Global ROI Conference in Dublin on 9 October. The award was for their joint development of the new Awards UK accredited abdi ROI learning structure.

The first students have already completed their accreditation for the initial Foundation Level. In November the first group will go for the second level Evaluator accreditation. There are three more rungs on the abdi ROI ladder leading finally to the top ROI Practitioner Fellow.

'It will take a couple of years before anyone gets to that level, ' Jane Massy said, 'but we can already see that the Foundation, Evaluator and Accredited ROI Practitioner Levels will quickly provide a UK network of skilled and experienced practitioners able to track and evaluate impact in human capital investments of all kinds.

'What is also very exciting is that a number of major companies are now beginning to plan to partner with us to customise the delivery and accreditation of courses that build their key staff's ROI expertise in the context of their businesses.'
