GMLPN
Greater Manchester Learning Provider Network (GMLPN)

Commenced in March 2010, this work aims to introduce this network of providers to good practice in engaging with employers to deliver business results and performance improvement rather than a conventional approach of course and qualifications delivery.

Funded by LSIS, this project is over a two year period and will be the business engagement and planning, measurement and reporting practices of member firms in the GMLPN. It is planned to deliver over a two year period improved professional competence to 100 individual employees of these provider organisations from the public and private sector so that they can deliver enhanced business results services to their training client firms.

Workshop objectives/outcomes and agendas

The following are the outcomes expected from the GMLPN ROI Project
These outcomes are linked to three blocks of inputs

  • A one day introductory workshop specifically aimed at learning providers.
  • The two day ROI Foundation Award workshop
  • A follow up one day knowledge and practice sharing workshop to agree GMLPN 'standards' and 'badging'
