The need for greater accountability for results

What are you responsible for and what are you accountable for? This is the question we ask at the start of every workshop? How would you answer this question?

Most people can tell you what they are responsible for.

They know their main responsibilities, the things they do regularly and occasionally. They know their main tasks and can usually describe how they spend most of their time.
